There are traditions in this city and country where some things may take getting used to, and others not. A look at some of the things we've noticed.

| This is a bustop. However, if it is not indicated as a stop, you just have to look out for the crowds of people on the street to know that it is indeed, a stop. Then, you flag down the driver, or they will keep on going... |

Taxis are equipped with a. a meter, b. a GPS, c. a TV (sometimes 3! two behind the each front seat). Got to be up-to-date on those Brazilian soaps!
